Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All U.S. shipments include tracking at no additional cost. We send tracking numbers to automatically.
Each order includes a packing slip that outlines the contents of your order.
We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $300 to the contiguous U.S. via USPS. Free shipping will automatically be applied to orders that are over $300 before taxes and after discounts are applied. Online gift card amounts do not apply towards free shipping threshold.
If you need your shipment by a specific date, we recommend choosing Express 3 Day shipping (if available). Please note that Express Shipping does still have the 2-4 business day handling time. Please note, all shipping options do not account for processing time of 2-4 business days.
If an item arrives damaged, please email us at info@the5thway.com within 7 days of receipt with “DAMAGED” in the subject line so we can ship you a replacement asap!
